Cheat mode
Press Up to display Niko's cellphone during game play. Press Up again to access the keypad. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Once a code has been entered correctly, a new "Cheats" menu option will be available on your phone, below "Options", where you can access the cheats without having to enter the phone number again. Do not save the game after enabling a code to avoid unforeseen problems. Enabling some codes may prevent PC Xbox 360 achievements or PlayStation3 trophies from becoming unlocked.Note: You can usually only spawn one vehicle at a time. Any previously spawned vehicles will disappear. However if you spawn a vehicle, save the game, then load again, you can spawn another one and your original will not disappear. You must have it in your parking space in front of a safehouse, or it will be gone before you have a chance to spawn another.
Furthermore, to not allow a previously spawned vehicle disappear, spawn the first vehicle, get into it, then spawn the second one. The first one will not disappear. You can do this only inside the first vehicle; if you get off and spawn a new one, both will disappear. Park them, save the game, and load it again. You will have both vehicles. Keep doing this to get more.
If you use cheat codes and complete the game, after the last level, you are able to free roam but it is constantly raining with lightning and thunder. The "Change weather and brightness" code works, but after a few minutes the weather will change back to a thunderstorm.
Restore Niko's health, armor, and ammunition

Take out your cellphone and call ZiT at 948-555-0100. When you open the text message it sends back, both your health and armor will be refilled. Note: This prevents the "Finish Him" achievement or trophy from being unlocked.

Dial 4865550150 into the cellphone. This will unlock the baseball bat, handgun, shotgun, MP5, M4, sniper rifle, RPG, and grenades. Note: This phone number translates to "GUN-555-0150". This prevents the "Cleaned The Mean Streets" achievement or trophy from being unlocked.Weapons tier 2
